Can I cancel my order?

Our general policy is no, we do not cancel orders. However, since we value you and your experience on Instant Ammo so much we do try to make exceptions whenever possible. Note that we ship orders very fast – sometimes within minutes! We will try our best to attend to any cancellation requests before an order ships however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch it in time. Additionally, if you wish to cancel your order and it is too late to catch it before it ships, we unfortunately can only accept a return if it follows our Return Policy. Our Return Policy is as follows:

Due to the unique nature of the product we sell we only accept returns for damaged or defective product. Product must be returned within 30 days of your order date.

There will be no refund issued for any returns that are received at our warehouse without a prior Approved Return Request on file or for any returns that are received at our warehouse with a prior Declined Return Request on file.

If you feel like you should be able to return your product for a reason other than it being damaged or defective product, you are welcome to fill out a Return Request Form and your Return Request will be considered.

Please email us at support@instantammo.com to make a return request; someone on our staff will respond promptly. If your return is approved, we will reply back to your email with the options available for processing your return.

Can you ship to New York?

Due to the in-person requirement mandated through section 50 of the New York Safe Act, we are only permitted to ship your ammunition to either a valid FFL holder or a registered seller of ammunition. The FFL holder or registered seller of ammunition will then transfer the ammunition to you after complying with the other portions of the New York Safe Act. You are solely responsible for any transfer fees charged by your chosen FFL dealer.

Unless pre-approved, you must supply a INSERT GOOGLE DOC LINK TO SHEET AND a copy of the FFL license of the dealer that you wish for us to ship the ammunition to which will then complete the transfer to you. You may submit a copy of your preferred FFL's license and the INSERT GOOGLE DOC LINK TO SHEET, by fax to INSERT NUMBER or by e-mail to support@instantammo.com. To download a copy of the transfer agreement please click here. After your documents have been received and processed your order will be shipped and all future orders to the same address will be automatically shipped with no delay (unless the FFL license has expired). Please note, we do have a list of pre-approved FFLs that have agreed to do ammo transfers for Instant Ammo customers. For these folks, the paperwork is taken care of and you'll simply have to select one from the list. To see these FFLs, please click here: http://www.instantammo.com/new-york-ammo-sales

If our office does not receive the required documentation soon after your order is placed, a member of our staff will attempt to contact you. If our office is unable to obtain the necessary documentation, your order will be cancelled. NOTE: We are required to ship to the address of your chosen FFL as listed on their license. If during checkout, you put an address that is different than what is listed on their license, someone on our team will reach out to you to get approval to change the shipping address so that it matches your FFL's address as listed on their license. Failure to reach you for an address change approval may result in canceling your order.

We're sorry for the extra step New York's SAFE Act has caused. While we'd like to make it as convenient as possible for our Instant Ammo's in New York to receive ammunition, we face massive financial penalties and even jail time if we don't follow the law as laid out by New York's elected officials.

    Low Inventory Items

Their is a slight delay in product sync between our warehouse and our online store for items picked. Sometimes low inventory items that display as being in stock on our online store might not be in stock as we need to manually sync our stock across warehouses to the online store
